The International Bath Academy HUB helps you explore ISC26, prepare a personal congress plan and introduce yourself to the community.

Questions and your private profile

You can search without an account. Questions are sent to the configured AI provider only when AI is enabled. The application does not keep your question text in request logs. Technical usage totals and temporary rate limits help us operate the pilot.

Your account, saved topics, interests and plan are private to your account. Your interests are not automatically published as an introduction and do not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Unsubmitted interests and introduction drafts are kept in your current browser tab so you can return after a reload. These drafts are separate for each account, are cleared when you sign out and are not sent for publication. Your approval checkbox is never saved with a draft. Close the tab or sign out on shared devices.

Questions sent for review

If you choose “Send question to IBA”, the question and its follow-up context are stored in IBA’s private editorial queue. Sending a question does not subscribe you to a newsletter and does not request an automatic email.

Your offline copy

“Save on this phone” stores your selected plan and calendar in this browser’s device storage. The copy may include your personal planning notes. It remains available without a connection and may become out of date; its last saved date is always shown. Signing out or switching accounts removes this stored copy when the app can access device storage. You can also remove it from the offline reader. Separately downloaded HTML, PDF and calendar files must be deleted yourself.

The offline reader stores only the copy you explicitly request, using content public when it was saved. It cannot receive corrections or withdrawals while disconnected. Return online and save a fresh copy before relying on changed programme details.

Voice and uploaded documents

Voice transcription uses ElevenLabs when enabled. You can review and edit the transcript before submitting it. Recordings are retained for up to seven days; uploaded CV originals for up to thirty days. Original uploads are excluded from database backup exports. Your approved introduction is retained separately from its original file.

Your public introduction

Only submit information you want to share. You confirm the text, and IBA reviews it before publication. Editing a submitted introduction returns it to review. Detailed presentation summaries are prepared privately and may be published after that presentation has actually been delivered, with permission and IBA approval. A separately approved author biography may appear earlier. Publishing a summary does not give permission to distribute the original slides.

Sending an introduction saves that exact version privately for thirty days for congress editorial preparation. Your currently approved public introduction is kept separately until you withdraw it. Original interview answers enter the private corpus only after you separately review and save them, for thirty days. Approving an introduction does not allow publication of the whole interview. Each submitted source version has its own receipt and withdrawal action. Interests, private messages and newsletter settings are not transferred to the corpus.

Saved plan counts

Programme cards show how many registered accounts include a session in their current saved plan. Each account counts once per session, including saved AI plans. This public total does not identify accounts or measure actual attendance. Unsaved browser drafts and alternative suggestions do not count.

Comments and messages

Comments open with the published write-up. You choose a public display name, and IBA reviews your comment before other readers can see it. Until then it is visible only to you and the editorial team. You can withdraw your comments.

Receiving hub messages is off by default and has a separate setting in Messages. An author can receive messages only after IBA verifies the link between their programme identity and approved introduction. Editing that introduction pauses the link until it is reviewed again. Senders choose a display name, and only the recipient can read their message in the app. The HUB never adds an account email to a message or sends an email notification. Turning receiving off stops new messages; existing ones remain in the private inbox. Contact IBA to request their removal.

Payments and the newsletter

myPOS handles checkout and card details. The HUB stores the order and package allowance. The IBA newsletter uses a separate consent and confirmation email through Brevo. Every newsletter must offer an unsubscribe link.

Access and removal

Contact the IBA congress team to request access, correction, removal or help with a payment. Sign out on shared devices. Downloaded plans remain on the device where you save them; delete them there when no longer needed.
